What we do
We are a Production Entity providing funding, architecture, flexibility, optimization and realization to service the rapidly expanding digital content industry. Our mandate: facilitate production from concept to completion in a controlled environment. Created in house, approved models, rigs, textures, editorial, layout and look of picture are then synchronized to select partners. By producing animation within this model, the producer maintains complete creative, production and technical control locally, while harnessing the advantage of the global market.Entrenched will design and perform all the creative elements of production, including the pre and post-production aspects. This, in turn can be packaged and exported to production studios worldwide. Entrenched has developed an exportable technical pipeline and production management process. Once a final creative look is approved by the client, a turnkey solution can be exported to a third party animation supplier.
When in full production the entire project will be monitored via tracking software and a mirrored data system. Daily output from the supplier will be tracked and evaluated against the master schedule, and Entrenched can inform of the status of every facet of production at any time.
The mirrored data system serves multiple functions: clients will always have access to the creative property without interfering with the production process, and Producers can work on marketing and product development without increasing the workload on the production supplier.
The mirrored data will also help satisfy insurance and bond company requirements. In the event of a hardware failure or unforeseen accident, the data can be restored on any other server within hours, and production can continue with minimal downtime.
Animation production can also take place at multiple facilities at the same time. The data being stored and updated at a local facility also means that the creative team has local access to all the up to date footage and both pre-production and reviews can be done without any delays.
